ÐPerformers Accommodation:

Accommodation is provided for all performers where necessary. Accommodation for spouses / partners and children can be arranged at a price per night yet to be confirmed. Partners and children over 1 Oyrs will be required to purchase a festival weekend pass, at a discounted rate to be advised, if they wish to attend festival events.

Performers Travel:
is discussing individually if necessary.

Performance Fee Requested:
A Festival performance is based on a forty-five minute appearance, however we may request a performance of longer or shorter duration to suit our programming. Most acts will be programmed to perform three engagements over the festival weekend, however this may also vary. We require a quote based on three, forty-rive minute performances, plus an individual performance fee from which we can work any variables. Please consider as a non-profit, community event, our budgets are lirnited.

*PLEASE NOTE; Your application support material will not be returned unless requested. Please enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope/postpac to cover postage if you would like it returned. Successful applicants material will be held and used for publicity purposes and returned, if requested, after the festival.
